- Opening hours and holidays -
Telephone operators are available from 10am to 6pm (JST), Monday to Friday.
Telephone operators are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

- Other additional expenses -
Any internet connection fees incurred when placing orders online, as well as any telephone fees incurred when making enquiries, are to be borne solely by the customer.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. GEIJUTSU SEKAISHA CO. LTD. has no control over these charges, nor can the shipper predict what they may be.

Payments are to be made by credit card via the website.
- Dispatch dates -
Products are dispatched within approximately one month of the payment confirmation date.
- Our returns policy -
Should the contents (excluding the external packaging) of the purchase be defective—dirty, scratched, broken, etc.—please contact us for further information on returns and exchanges. Contents defective due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Our policy concerning defective products -
Should the product be defective, we will exchange it with a new or equivalent product so long as stock is available. Please send us an e-mail detailing your problem within seven days of receipt of the product. If contact is not made within seven days, defective products will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
- Order dates -
Orders will be accepted until artworks have sold out.
- Sales conditions, including limits on purchases
One artwork per customer only. Sales will conclude as and when artworks have sold out.
